Roy Talmon and Noa Biran believe Winnipeg is beautiful. The architects from Tel Aviv, Israel were in Winnipeg last winter to take part in the River Trail warming huts competition at The Forks. They returned this year to build an art installation called "Winter Garden" on the trail. They're "planting" trees on the river.
